TentikSelf™ is not a workshop. It is not a training. It is not a seminar.

It is a human Lab, a guided, safe space where you slow down, acknowledge your own story, and understand why you think, react, and behave the way you do. From that place, you find the tools that already work for you.

The Tentik Room

The room where teams find the truth, and what to do about it.

The room decides whether an idea lives or dies — and learning to lead it starts with what's happening inside you, not with a formula for handling other people. Before you can genuinely understand someone else's frame of reference, you have to find the barrier in your own: the reaction, the assumption, the story you're already telling yourself before they've finished a sentence. That's where this lab experience begins. Real listening, real response, real change — that's the throughline of everything you'll practice here, built from the inside out. The more clearly you can see your own barrier, the more space you create for someone else to be honest about theirs.

Retention doesn't start with a policy — it starts with actually seeing the people already on your team, before it becomes a problem you're reacting to. Part of that is internal: noticing where you've stopped truly looking at someone. Part of it is practical — you'll learn to find the communication channels that actually reach your people, because low follow-through is rarely about disinterest; it's usually the wrong channel, or the wrong moment. Both matter, and this lab works both at once.

From boardrooms to breakthrough moments — two continents, one skill: real connection.

I didn't build TentikSelf™ from a business plan.

I built it from decades of watching myself, and the people I worked with, hired, led, and served in some capacity along the way.

I watched us all walk into training rooms, collect certificates, and walk out exactly the same as we came in.

Not because we weren't trying. But because nobody gave us the space to actually understand ourselves first.

And here's what I know to be true: every single time we walk into one of these spaces — even as the facilitator: we learn something new about ourselves too. That never stops. That's the whole point.

TentikSelf™ Lab is not something I created for other people. It is something I created for all of us.

A human laboratory where the facilitator creates the container, and everyone in the room does the discovering. Including me.

Before I built spaces for self-discovery, I spent over a decade at a telecom company majority-owned by KDDI, Japan's telecom giant — work that once took me to Tokyo to represent our team's work in Paraguay to the parent company — and more than twenty years coaching thousands of professionals, entrepreneurs, and students across two countries.

I am Elizabeth (Eli) Pakravan, Founder of TentikSelf™ and Martha Root Community Building (MRCB), a nonprofit serving Amarillo, Texas. We facilitate in English and Spanish, and we believe that real change always begins from the inside out.
